The registration list is updated from time to time.

This is a private event and participation is only possible with prior registration.

You will receive the confirmation and invoice in a separate email from the beginning of March 2025.

Dinner: The food is individual and everyone pays for themselves.

There is a barbecue stand during the day with sausages, steaks, pizza etc.

In the evening there are one or two daily meals and à la carte dishes.

There is a free camper parking space within walking distance with electricity and water available.

The campsite is free of charge. (but must be vacated by 9:00 a.m. at the latest because of the classic car meeting on Sunday.)

The organizer and the operator of the Mönchshof Bräuhaus Gaststätte have the right to refuse entry. Cancellation is free of charge until May 19, 2025 and 50% of the participation fee can be paid until June 2, 2025. After that, no refunds are possible.
